Table Talk: The Changing Light

If there is anything I hyper-fixate on as an artist - it’s lighting (though Dave will tell you my hyper-fixations don’t end there). As a result, I’ve spent months mulling over and researching nearly every decision for our home restoration. Lucky for you, I’m sharing a bit of my research today!

Before I get into it, I should mention we hope to make this our forever home. This has made the renovation process very fun, knowing we have the privilege of making all our decisions personal to our family, but also stressful, knowing we strongly want to avoid re-tracking any steps for both economical and environmental reasons. Therefore, several selections are investment pieces, knowing they are meant to pass the test of time and trends! I also have a handful of middle of the road fixtures, and even a couple $4 solutions that I love just as much as those costing $500.
